Overview
Along with many other changes required for New Road, there needs to be a ban on lorries over 7.5 tonnes. New Road has been raised as an issue on a number of occasions. The problem is that New Road is residential and should be treated as a street with traffic restrictions, calming and sufficient crossing points for pedestrians.
