Overview
Create a one way flow system for traffic heading towards Middleborough. Reroute buses and widen pavement to South side of Westgate, removing bus stops.
New Road also to be one way towards Rectory lane. Widening of pavements, inclusion of cycle lanes, additional parking and chicanes to help ensure a new 20mph limit in accordance with the rest of Guisborough central district. Allison Street also to become one way towards Westgate. Cleveland Street to allow right turn for fire engines.
